Product Details & Color Accuracy

We strive to provide clear photographs and detailed product descriptions on our website so you can shop with confidence. However, slight color differences may occur between the product and its online images due to variations in screen quality, display settings, and lighting. These differences are not considered product defects.

Returns & Refunds

• Damaged or defective items: If your order arrives with significant damage or a defect that affects the piece's appearance, you may be eligible for a refund.

• Other returns: Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

• Packaging requirements: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all protective materials included. Refunds may be declined if inadequate packaging puts the item at risk during return shipping.

• Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• Exchanges: We do not offer replacements for items with surface scratches or minor marks.

Handcrafted Porcelain: Natural Characteristics

Each Seven Heavens piece is unique. As part of the handcrafted and kiln-firing process, occasional fine surface marks or micro-scratches may occur. These are natural characteristics of porcelain and do not compromise the item's quality, durability, or glaze.
